okay seriously if you’re in a relationship or even a friendship and you find yourself spending more time crying out of sadness or arguing with them, leave them. i don’t care if they’re a modern day aphrodite/adonis or a gift bestowed upon you by the gods. toxic people are dangerous and i highly advise cutting them out of your life and finding someone who makes you laugh until you snort your drink out your nose instead.

Instagram deleted the picture I posted last night of the naked girl curled up on the beach, symbolizing Mother Nature at it’s finest. I can’t believe we live in a society that tolerates skimpy bikinis, revealing yoga poses and objectifying/ overly sexual images were the nipples are “covered” only slightly. But an image so pure, innocent and artistic is deemed inappropriate? When did our own anatomy offend us? What kind of message are we sending the younger generation? Delete and be ashamed of the human body? @freethenipplelives you guys rock for taking what seems like a small issue to many, really become loud and heard! #equality

As cynical as it sounds: human beings obtain no significance. This is something that has been playing on my mind more recently and I can’t shake the feeling that I’m wasting time

The vast majority, perhaps 80 to 90 percent of all cancers, cardiovascular diseases, and other forms of degenerative illness can be prevented, at least until very old age, simply by adopting a plant-based (vegetarian) diet.
